Most of our jewelry is shipped within two days of your order, and arrives within a week. Custom-made and out of stock items take slightly longer, and will arrive within ten business days of your order. International orders can sometimes experience delays, so please keep this in mind when ordering.
Shipping and handling for all order is $5. We use Priority Mail to send your package, which delivers anywhere in the US, including PO boxes and rural addresses. International shipping is done by airmail. Overnight and expedited shipping is available for an extra fee. Click on "Shipping Options" on the Shopping Cart page to purchase expedited shipping.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Send the item back (the gift box is yours to keep) and specify whether you'd like a refund or exchange. Your order is 100% refundable, no questions asked.
We will also repair, free of charge, any jewelry you purchase from us. Send the piece back to us, and we'll fix or replace it for you free.

DragonWeave Jewelry is a home-based company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, founded in 1999. We're happy to offer you this unique collection of stylish jewelry in Gothic, Celtic, Asian and fantasy designs, in sterling silver, pewter and steel.
Where did the name come from? Well, originally we sold handmade chainmail jewelry for Renaissance Faires, and the name DragonWeave was coined to fit that medieval feel. As we grew, we branched out from chainmail and encompassed many different kinds of jewelry, from Celtic to gothic. Our terrific customer service and personal touch remain, and so to prevent any confusion we keep the name as a reminder of the past and a banner for the future.
