Ordering

You can order online using our secure shopping cart. SSL encryption ensures your payment information remains private. All information about our customers is kept strictly confidential and will not be given out to anyone. If you prefer to use an offline method to pay, you can still use the shopping cart to submit your order, and call in your payment information.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, PayPal, Amazon Checkout, Western Union, and personal checks and money orders made out to "DragonWeave Jewelry". Personal checks must clear our bank before the order can be sent out.

You can also send your order via e-mail (nicole@dragonweave.com), call toll free (866) 777-0734, or by mail. Don't forget to include your semiprecious stone, ring size, or chain/cord length choices.

Privacy

Customer information is never shared, rented, sold, or given out to anyone. All orders are encrypted by SSL technology, ensuring your information remains private. Credit card numbers are not stored, and no employee of DragonWeave has access to them. We are serious about your privacy and maintain a strict policy that keeps your privacy protected.

Shipping

Most of our jewelry is shipped within two days of your order, and arrives within a week. Custom-made and out of stock items take slightly longer, and will arrive within ten business days of your order. International orders can sometimes experience delays, so please keep this in mind when ordering.

Shipping and handling for all order is $5. We use Priority Mail to send your package, which delivers anywhere in the US, including PO boxes and rural addresses. International shipping is done by airmail. Overnight and expedited shipping is available for an extra fee. Click on "Shipping Options" on the Shopping Cart page to purchase expedited shipping.

Guarantee, Repair and Returns

DragonWeave Jewelry stands behind every piece we make, and customer satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Send the item back (the gift box is yours to keep) and specify whether you'd like a refund or exchange. Your order is 100% refundable, no questions asked.

We will also repair, free of charge, any jewelry you purchase from us. Send the piece back to us, and we'll fix or replace it for you free.

About DragonWeave

DragonWeave Jewelry is a home-based company in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, founded in 1999. We're happy to offer you this unique collection of stylish jewelry in Gothic, Celtic, Asian and fantasy designs, in sterling silver, pewter and steel. 

Where did the name come from? Well, originally we sold handmade chainmail jewelry for Renaissance Faires, and the name DragonWeave was coined to fit that medieval feel. As we grew, we branched out from chainmail and encompassed many different kinds of jewelry, from Celtic to gothic. Our terrific customer service and personal touch remain, and so to prevent any confusion we keep the name as a reminder of the past and a banner for the future.
